- Vehicle Configuration: The Vehicle Configuration describes the vehicle that you configured and ordered. The Vehicle Purchase Price shown excludes all taxes, which could amount to up to 7.5% or more of the Vehicle Purchase Price.
- Price validity: The price shown is valid for three (3) days only.
- Confirmation of order: To confirm this order, please make a payment of at least 50% of the Vehicle Purchase Price. Balance payment will be made before delivery in Lagos.
- Final Vehicle Price: We will furnish you with the Final Vehicle Price as your delivery date approaches. It will include final pricing based on your final Vehicle Configuration and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay the government taxes (e.g. VAT).
- Terms & Conditions: These Terms & Conditions are effective as of the date you place your order and make the (at least 50% of Vehicle Purchase Price) payment to confirm the order.
- Agreement to Purchase: You agree to purchase the vehicle (the “Vehicle”) described in your Vehicle Configuration from NORD.
- Some of the pictures shown do not represent exactly what the features and options look like.
- Vehicle is priced and configured based on features and options available at the time of order. Options, features or hardware released or changed after you place your order may not be included in or available for your Vehicle.
- Delivery of Vehicle is at the Nord Showroom, Lagos.
- If you wish to pick up or take delivery of your Vehicle outside our showroom in Lagos, Nord will, on your behalf, coordinate the transportation of your Vehicle to you. In such a case, you agree that this is a transportation contract under which Nord will coordinate the transportation of the Vehicle to you via a third-party common carrier or other mode of transport. You agree that delivery of the Vehicle, including the transfer of title and risk of loss to you, will occur at the time your Vehicle is loaded onto the transport, which is point of transportation. During such transit, your Vehicle will be insured at no cost to you, and you will be the beneficiary of any claims for damage to the Vehicle or losses occurring while the Vehicle is in transit.
